When: Saturday, March 23, 2013 - Where: Rock Springs Library

Please join the Rock Springs Library on Saturday, March 23, at 2PM, for a presentation of Kit Carson by John D Farr, former president of the Kit Carson Museum in NM and of the Grand Encampment Museum in WY. John will focus his presentation on Carson leading John C Fremont across Wyoming in 1842. Then, continue through 1865, touching on Carson’s encounters with American Indians, the creation of California as a state, the Union Pacific Railroad and much more!
