Meeting Rooms

The meeting rooms currently have limited availability due to ongoing renovations funded by the Wyoming Library Multi-Purpose Community Facility program grant. Please call the library directly to see if a room is available. If the room is available you will need to fill out the request form.

 

Reservations for 1 Sept thru 31 Dec can be made from 1 Aug thru 31 Dec.

Reservations for 1 Jan thru 31 May can be made 1 Dec thru 31 May.

Reservations for 1 Jun thru 31 Aug can be made 1 May thru 31 Aug.

This is on a first come first serve basis.

 

The Sweetwater County Library System provides meeting room space for public, not-for-profit, non-commercial use that adheres to the Meeting Room Policy.

• Rock Springs Library (352-6667) 

  • Frae Hay Room - 10 person capacity – only available during regular library hours

  • Ferrero Room - 85 person capacity 

  • Johnson Room - Coming Soon

• Sweetwater County Library (Green River - 875-3615) 

  • Multi-purpose room – 85 person capacity 

  • Small Study - 5 person capacity

• White Mountain Library (Rock Springs - 362-2665) 

  • Grace Gasson large meeting room - 136 person capacity

  • Grace Gasson small meeting room - 41 person capacity

  • The large & small meeting rooms (wall divider removed) - 180 person capacity 

  • Large Study Room - 12 person capacity – only available during regular library hours

  • Small Study Room - 8 person capacity – only available during regular library hours
