The end is drawing near. Only two weeks remain to finish up your summer reading and enter your logs for your chance at this year’s fabulous prizes!
The Sweetwater County Library System will be wrapping up the Adult and Children’s summer’s reading programs with a Summer Reading Program Finale on Thursday, August 18th at 6:30 p.m. at the WWCC Atrium and an ice cream social at the Sweetwater County Library on Tuesday, August 30th from 5-7 pm. Pizza, pop and entertainment by The Cloud of Dust Theatre and puppeteer Bob Aiken will be provided at August 18th’s finale at the WWCC Atrium.
By the way, our readers shattered the challenge set out in the last post with 824 adult readers finishing 6022 items! I wonder if we can hit 7,000?
As of July 15th, our 768 Sweetwater County readers have finished 3,583 items for the Summer Reading Program! Come on everyone, let’s make it to 5,000!
Since Monday, June 6, the libraries have signed up 663 patrons who have finished 1728 items! What a great way to kick off the summer. Have a great holiday and keep up the reading.
As of Friday, June 24th, the Adult Summer Reading Program has 598 participants who have read a total of 1,083 items! Wow! We’re having a great summer of reading, programs, and fun in the Wyoming sun.
As of 4:30 on Friday, June 17th, the Sweetwater County Libraries have registered 500 individual readers who have already finished 542 books, audiobooks, magazines, and newspapers! Go Wyoming readers, keep up the good work!
It’s that time of year again: Summer Reading Program time! If you’ve been in any of the Sweetwater County Libraries in the last two weeks, you know that our program is now in full swing. This is the place to be if you’re looking for more chances to win our fabulous prizes this summer.
