Releasing Weight Naturally Wednesday, Feb. 20th @ 7pm, White Mountain Library
Posted on February 16, 2013 by White Mountain Library
Feel better and look better by releasing weight naturally. Learn more on Wednesday, February 20 at 7 p.m. at the White Mountain Library as the Sweetwater County Library System and Rock Springs Holistic Health Group present “Releasing Weight Naturally.”
Dieting is common in America. In a recent Gallup Poll “more than six in 10 U.S. adults said they have tried to lose weight at some point in their lives.”
Many of these individuals used popular diets that produced mixed results with little or no lasting effects. According to the Rock Springs Holistic Health Group, “true weight loss comes not from a fad diet, but a lifestyle change.” They believe a lifestyle change based on nutrition results in clean dieting, clean eating, and clean living.
On Wednesday night, the Rock Springs Holistic Health Group will present what natural weight loss is, share the advantages and disadvantages of natural weight loss, and teach specific techniques that are easy enough for anyone to do. Time will also be provided for a brief question and answer session. All are invited and encouraged to attend the program regardless of their level of success in the past with weight loss.
Remember to check with your doctor or health care provider before starting any weight-loss program, especially if you have any health conditions.
The Rock Springs Holistic Health Group was organized in 2011 to address the lack of homeopathic resources and information in the community. With a special focus on essential oils, the group regularly collaborates with the Sweetwater County Library System to offer free public education classes and workshops on a variety of alternative health and home remedies.
